Domestic Shipping (US and Canada)
Our standard shippping is UPS Ground. The actual delivery time depends on your shipping location (To find out more please visit www.ups.com). We now offer also USPS as shipping option.

You have the option of choosing various UPS Shipping methods including Next Day Air Early AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. Rates are based on zip code destination and shipping method you choose.

International Shipping
For international shipping we offer different options from USPS and also UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus and UPS Worldwide Expedited. For questions please email us (please include the country as well as quantity and product information)

Payment Options
You can purchase from Suardo using your Master or VISA Cards online, we also accept PayPal.

Taxes and Customs
We are required by law to collect all taxes based on where your order is being shipped or delivered. For deliveries to Florida an extra 7% sales tax will be added at the Check Out process. For deliveries outside of the US and Canada the costumer is responsible for all araising expenses (Customs, tax, etc.).

Returns
All items purchased from Suardo except custom items, are easily returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We cannot accept returns of products that have special shipping restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation. We will only pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise we do not refund any shipping costs. On purchases with free shipping we deduct the actual shipping costs from the amount of refund.
