I sent a very rough sketch, a description of what I was trying to achieve and some general dimensions to Suardo. I worked wtih them to develop a shape and finished style of the stein. The final produt was more than I could have hoped for. It had the styling that I had decided upon and met my design expectations. The beer stein was handmade by our silversmiths. It measures 5.75 inches tall with a diameter of approx. 4.25 inches. The outside has a slight hammered finish with chased decoration in the middle. The interior has a smooth surface.
